The pen is the famous Bic brand Round Stic. It's been around forever and people love them. Even UPS uses an all brown version and you have probably signed something from a UPS driver using one. Here's what they look like:

WHAT TO SAY: 

Brief is better. People don't have time to read and we're all basically lazy; at least in many ways. No one likes to be inconvenienced but they will be moved if you ask for a "little" move. Ask them to visit a website, or ask them to call. Let you pen do that and then you can take it from there. You don't need an address on your pen because most will get the pen when they are in your store. Be brief it is better. 

I reccomend your business name and website url, or your business name and phone number; nothing more. This should be printed on the barrel in the same color as the trim. This looks "smart", like you planned it, because you did!
